"Make sure you know anything and everything before locking in a policy at this office. I thought I did everything in my power to ensure I was buying a home I could afford. Instead, because I decided to trust my agent, Abby Aders, I had to put 5k into this home as soon as I moved in. State Farm decided to drop me from my policy or require me to fix the roof AFTER I closed on the home. They had all the information they needed about the roof and plenty of time to do this before I closed. I also asked if it was possible at all for this to happen and my agent said NO. All just lies.
I filed a complaint with the state insurance commissioner. I truly believe Abby didn’t care about giving me accurate information but instead, wanted to make commission by taking advantage of a single mom who is a first time home buyer.

I don’t have any issues with State Farm particularly, but I certainly would not work with this office. And just remember, they are business to you and don’t truly care about you. It’s just their job.
